Worked in Lyon for 8 months f2000-2001 and The Smoking Dog was my regular. Great pub. There was a local WH fan called Pierre I think covered in WH tatoos. Supported us because he thought have racist/ right wing supporters.
Was a massive ruck one night with some local Arabs. Had to barracade ourselves in at one point. Police stood watching doing fuck all.

ray as Fake mentioned earlier The Smoking Dog is proper pub, we were there last season before the Lyon game and went there to celebrate after the game, great atmosphere

Glen , the Riu reggae in mo hay has a sports bar.
The other Riu’s probably have one but I can only speak for the reggae.
